Remind me to review this book! someday.

Have you been in a room where you were loved. And every brick and mortar sang out with its love for you. And you remember every corner and its furniture, even after it has been moved around and crimson curtains added, even after the earlier inhabitants have died. Of course memories remain. And you eyes well up with ignored tears as you sleep again within a well-known space. Well known to you, familiar to your skin, heart-breaking in its sadness and remembrances of the past. All you can hope then is for the room to still love you. A changed love, a different love, a more turbulent, hate-love love.
All you can hope is that the room still talks to you.
And you lie awake in the room.
And you wait for her to talk back to you.
And you wait for her to love you still.
And you ….
British, crude, boisterous and offensive, he was also a cocaine addict before he was forced to go into rehab. For some time, he and Drew were in a same-sex marriage (technically a civil union) in order for Mr. Wick to get his Green Card and Drew to get his job back. When he first appeared on stage in guest episodes in the last two seasons he was greeted with thunderous applause. Wick always had unusual methods of firing employees (and nearly always fired someone named Johnson). He is almost always referred to as "Mr. Wick," and his first name is rarely used. In the show's first April Fools episode, Mr. Wick was shot in the crotch with a crossbow and had to have one of his testicles removed (a gag that was referred to for the rest of the series). Wick also lost a toe and a nipple in a fox hunt that went terribly wrong. Craig Ferguson initially auditioned at Warner Brothers for a role as a Hispanic photographer on Suddenly Susan, and after he failed his audition, the casting director referred him to The Drew Carey Show which was auditioning across the studio.
‘It’s Great Day for America! You ask me why? I’ll tell you why.’ He is Scottish by birth and off late (very late) American by citizenship.
You will realize soon realize that I am into smart guys. And soon all smart people begin turning hot in my eyes. But that’s not the case with Craig, who is so Dreamy!!! Move way Patrick Dempsey, make way for My Craig.
I have loved him since TDCS, and continued it on YouTube by watching small clipping of his monologues from the ‘Late Late show with Craig Ferguson.’ As the name suggests, it comes on really late in the night, and guess what?! I stay awake late into the night watching T.V, so he ‘Caters’ to me and people like me. He is funny with original jokes and a very clear insight into whats normal (normal for freaks) and it makes it easy for him to make fun of weird things(weird for normal people). He is also very insightful. (“Degree of genius-ness is invertly proportional to the number of ears they have. Look at Van Gogh”
But he has no malice and that is why I love him and that is what separates him from the Lenos and the Kimmels of the world. He openly baulked at the media’s treatment of Britney Spears’ health and rehab issues. This concern comes from the fact that he is a recovering alcoholic too. And this empathy almost makes him Unique.
I am leaving you with a YouTube vid of his CBS show, as he should speak for himself.

The previous makes me out to be a Smob (SmartSnob). I confess (re-confess) that it’s True. I love the smarts. I crave the high IQs clashing and mashing and creating snobbish, narcissistic, mostly exclusionary ideas. But I love you my Non-Smob friends. I love you for your sweetness, and honesty, your loyalty and your utter nicenesses.
I don’t know where I would be without you guys!
And if you knew me, (and you Do!) you would know,
That that’s true too!
I am a smart people groupie. I love to hang out with smart people, hopefully people smarter than me. All smart people (and narcissists) will know the stimulation your brain cells receive from being in conversation with a Smartie. Yes there will definitely be a lot of “I KNOW, YOU DON’T.” But once he/she has seen the spark in you, it will turn to “AS YOU ALSO KNOW.” I crave stimulating conversation. And I am not fooling myself, but since I over think and have a (I guess) above-average IQ, and am very curious, I am smart. But I am also un-ambitious and suffer from Atychiphobia.
I will start with starting serial posts about my Smart-Idols. I begin with-----------------Hugh Laurie.

Of course I know him as Gregory House of ‘House.’ There he plays that character which is clearly written on the lines of god. He is the most clever, all-seeing, all-knowing detective (albeit of the medical kinds) like Sherlock Holmes. Holmes – House – Get It? And it’s not cocaine, its Vicodin. He plays it like a very very charming Grinch. His accent is made-up and brilliant. His disdain for sentiment, towering. And I, like most of his viewers feel the need for his approval.
The last bit is more for Laurie than House (well…also house). I want to be friends with him and Emma Thompson (whom I adore!!!) and his Wilson (Wilson – Watson –get it?) Robert Sean Leonard and Stephen Fry, his partner for the legendary ‘A Bit Of Fry & Laurie.’ What brilliant company he had growing up? Eh? I envy him, I want to be like him.
At the very least, I want to be his friend.
