My favourite vegan salad


Spinach-Papaya Salad

Ingredients:

Spinach Leaves - 1Bunch (Wash thoroughly in cold water)

Papaya - 1 half

Lemon juice – As much required

Grated Coconut – As much required

Method:

           Mix in a salad bowl

           Serve
